HourGlass Workout!

Ladies, bikini season has sprung! Want to get into the best shape of your life? Join us C&C Girls for the month of May doing The Hourglass Workout. It's an intense 1hour bootcamp style workout created specifically for women where the goal of the workout is to mold you into a firmly shaped hourglass through specific training techniques. Celebrity Trainer, PRO Fitness Athlete & Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Lyzabeth Lopez will help you work your way to a sexy firm hourglass shape!
The Hourglass Workout is based on shaping a women's physique into strong, sexy, shapely curves. It is a bootcamp style workout that focuses on building round, sexy glutes, a narrow lean waistline, and lean sexy arms and legs.

The C&C Girls are joining the downtown Toronto location for the month of May which includes 16 indoor/outdoor training and reshaping workouts, a personalized holistic eating plan, a 1.5hr nutritional seminar, a before and after photo, t-shirt and a fun night out with the girls in your bootcamp!
