Summer is here! This means it's beach, patio, and backyard BBQ time. It's the C&C Girls favourite season and to celebrate we've come up with the top 4 low calorie, guilt-free, delicious cocktails to serve and sip at your backyard party or at the beach.

Jessie's favs:

SkinnyGirl White Cranberry Cosmo
100 colories

Hollywood housewife, Bethenny Frankel's tendy signature Skinnygirl white cranberry cosmo is a sassy take on the classic cosmo including hints of orange, subtle lime, berry fruit notes and cranberry into sweetened bliss.  This pre-mixed drink with white cranberries and premium vodka is amazing to quenxh thirst guilt free.  Can be found at majority LCBO and liquor stores.

Skinny Sangria
100 Calories

The traditional fiesta drink can be made guilt-free with both red and white wine. Just mix your favorite wine with diet lemon-lime soda, skip the sugar and add some fruit for sweetness. We suggest fruits such as
oranges, apples and berries  (blackberry, blueberry for great antioxidants)or, for extra summery sangria, use peaches, grapes or pineapple.

Leah's Favs:

Low Cal Mojito's
All you need for this refreshing pool side beverage is 2 oz. white rum, 4 oz. club soda, fresh mint leaves and lime wedges! Muddle the mint leaves at the bottom of a martini shaker, add ice, rum, soda, and squeeze some lime to taste. Shaken or stirred, you will love this drink! You may also add warmed honey if you like it more sweet or muddle in some raspberries to make it more fruity!

Low Cal Caesar

The Caesar is everyone’s summer go-to cocktail! We aren’t talking caesar salad! Take a tall glass and run a lime wedge around the rim. Turn the cup upside down and dip into a dish of caesar cocktail spice (celery salt). Add Ice, 1 ½ oz vodka, 4 oz Mott’s Clamato Juice, 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce. Garnish with a lime wedge, celery stalk, or spicy bean, add pepper to taste! You may also pick up premade caesar cocktails made by Mott’s Clamato at any LCBO store. (Homemade is the best)
