Pico de Gallo (Salsa) Recipe

ARRIBA! It arrives! This Mexican cuisine, Pico de Gallo, will spice up your life! It is also referred to as "pebre" in Chile. It is super healthy and so so tasty. Now you just have to get some coloured nacho chips to go with it! Brought you you from Leah's kitchen, oh yes, I actually made it! 


- 4 plum tomatoes (diced)
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro
- 1/4 of a red onion (diced)
- 2 tablespoons of Jalapeno's
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
